The health and safety of our employees is our first priority every day. Our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot take time to do it safely. At Central worksite safety is not just a priority, it is a crucial element to our success. We recognize that our most valuable asset is our people and thus are committed to keeping our people safe. We have a fully functioning Health and Safety Program and maintain a Certificate of Recognition, issued by our certifying partner, the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Our superior safety policies and procedures translate into a safe work attitude helping us to achieve our Zero Incident goal.

As an innovative company, all our field and office personnel, including management, are continually being internally and externally trained. We ensure all required personal safety courses and tickets are kept up to date.

Stewards for the Environment

At Central we strongly believe in our commitment to be leaders in Environmental Stewardship. Our team takes every step to identify sustainable practices on our job sites to minimize our collective impact on the environment. Our employees are trained in applicable practices in storm water management, spill prevention, waste management, fuel management, and air quality management, to ensure our projects are constructed responsibly. Our Environmental Management Plan is always being updated to keep ahead of the changing environmental laws and regulation in Canada.
